Job Description Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated D365 F&O SCM & Warehousing Functional Consultant to join our client's team. This pivotal role requires deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehousing, and Advanced Warehousing. You will lead implementations, manage complex business processes, and provide solutions that align with client needs, particularly within the manufacturing and advanced warehouse management domains. This role involves working a night shift (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM). Key Responsibilities - D365 F&O Expertise: Possess expert-level functional knowledge in D365 F&O SCM, D365 F&O Warehousing, D365 F&O Advanced Warehousing, and D365 F&O Manufacturing. - Full Lifecycle Implementations: Lead and manage at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Manufacturing / Advanced Warehouse Management System (AWMS). - Business Process Mapping & Solution Design: Coordinate with customers to understand current business processes and create process maps. Break down client and product business processes to map and link functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze and design solutions for applications, ensuring seamless process fit. - Documentation & Artifacts: Create BRD (Business Requirements Document), FDD (Functional Design Document), and Solution blueprints. Build necessary test artifacts to validate module functionality. - Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management: Excel in client interactions and effectively set and manage stakeholder expectations. - Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify risks, issues, find solutions, and plan/mitigate/resolve them. - Production Support & Industry Knowledge: Potentially provide production support and interact directly with customers. Apply good exposure to SCM and Warehouse industry knowledge, understanding challenges and risks in implementing vertical applications. - User Training: Train users and explain complex reasoning behind system changes. Skills - D365 F&O SCM Functional expertise (Mandatory). - D365 F&O Warehousing expertise (Mandatory). - D365 F&O Advanced Warehousing expertise (Mandatory). - D365 F&O Manufacturing expertise (Mandatory). - Proven experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing / Advance Warehouse Management. - Hands-on experience in AWMS and Production industry with a sound understanding of ERP value flow. - Aptitude for client interactions and stakeholder expectation management. - Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks. - Skilled in identifying, finding solutions for, and planning/mitigating/resolving risks and issues. - Capability to build test artifacts. - Good presentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in creating BRD, FDD, and Solution blueprints. - Experience in analyzing and designing application solutions. - Ability to document processes, inform, and prepare clients during critical project moments. - Experience creating test scenarios. - Strong understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry vertical knowledge (Discrete/Process manufacturing). - Prior experience in functional roles for end-to-end projects. - Experience in Production Support and interacting with customers (good to have). - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing / Advance Warehouse Management, with proven experience in production advanced warehouse management in D365. - Must have performed at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Manufacturing AWMS. - Flexible to travel to client locations in Bangalore and work out of customer offices.
