Description : We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 and O) with a strong focus on Production and Manufacturing modules. The role involves working on client engagements, leading requirement workshops, delivering solutions, and ensuring successful implementations in manufacturing industries.Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in D365 F and O implementations, upgrades, and support projects for manufacturing clients. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Production and Manufacturing processes.Configure D365 F and O modules including : - Production control and Manufacturing execution (MES) - Product information management (BOMs, Routes, Resources) - Shop floor control and Resource scheduling - Master planning and Production scheduling - Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams for - Support data migration, integrations, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT). - Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and change management support. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best practices and process improvements. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams (Finance, SCM, Quality, Warehousing) to ensure integrated solutions. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic finance transformation initiatives. - Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates and advise clients on best practices to leverage new functionality. - Collaborate across development, testing, and integration teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. - Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution. - Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and modules in Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations will be an added advantage.Skills and Attributes : - Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F and O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.- 7-10 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F and O / AX.- Proven expertise in Production and Manufacturing modules within D365 F and O.- Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing industry processes (discrete/process industries).- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F and O implementations.- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, solution mapping, and functional documentation.- Strong client-facing skills with ability to lead workshops and presentations.- Experience integrating D365 with Power Platform, Azure Services, and third-party tools.- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and use of Azure DevOps.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design scalable and sustainable solutions.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and security standards.Additional Skills : - Experience with other D365 F and O Modules like SCM. Strong working knowledge of modules not limited to products and Inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Advanced Warehousing, Transportation Management, Master Planning, Demand and Forecast Scheduling, Intercompany Trade and Enterprise Asset Management.- Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.- Strong experience in data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and cleansing.- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members and lead knowledge sharing initiatives.- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops and client demos.- Experience working in multi-country rollouts and multi-entity environments.We appreciate : - A solution-oriented mindset and passion for finance transformation through technology.- Proven leadership skills in managing delivery teams and client engagements.- Agility in adapting to new tools, technologies, and industry changes.- Team player with high levels of motivation, accountability, and integrity.
