Automation & Business Operations Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation & Business Operations

Intern to support ongoing projects across business operations, AI-based workflow

automation, CRM, and reporting. As part of our team, you will contribute to building

automation systems, internal tools and data-driven workflows that streamline processes and

improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

● Build, test and optimize automation workflows using n8n /

● Contribute to internal app development using Appsmith

● Monitor and debug active automations to ensure smooth operations

● Document processes and create clear, repeatable SOPs

● Run weekly reports and update dashboards for stakeholders

● Explore and implement AI-powered task automation with tools like LLMs

● Build powerful LLM prompts to get efficient outputs

Skills & Tools You'll Use (Must-Haves)

● Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel Functions

● Clear communication and documentation skills

● Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript/Python preferred)

● Knowledge of workflow automation tools like N8N or

Good-to-Have / You'll Learn on the Job

● Postgres or other relational databases

● Docker basics for working with containerized applications

● AI tools (ChatGPT / Gemini) for productivity automation

● Basics of CRM, reporting workflows, and lead generation systems

● Knowledge of Internal apps builder like Appsmith is a plus

What You'll Gain
