Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator / IT Lead to manage and oversee our website infrastructure for clients in the US and Australia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth server operations, manage IT vendors, and lead technical initiatives to support our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the server administration team for website operations.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize web servers (Linux/Windows as applicable) to ensure high uptime and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients (US, AUS) regarding technical issues and updates.
  • Implement security measures, backups, and disaster recovery plans for web servers.
  • Plan and execute server upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot complex server, hosting, and network-related issues.
  • Document IT processes, server configurations, and vendor interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Server Administrator, IT Lead, or similar role in website management.
  • Strong knowledge of web server technologies (Apache, Nginx, IIS, etc.) and cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating international communication.
  • Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and backup solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (for US/AUS client interaction).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
