The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems in the Delhi/NCR region. This includes developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating with consultants, system integrators, and end-users to position the company's products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key end customers in the Delhi/NCR region.

  • Drive sales of Fire Alarm Systems, Detection Panels, and related accessories.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, specification, and design-in to order closure.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.

2. Account Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, system integrators, and distributors.

  • Monitor project pipelines, forecast sales, and ensure timely order execution and billing.

  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and service) for smooth order fulfillment.

3. Specification & Project Support

  • Work with consultants and specifiers to ensure company products are included in tender specifications.

  • Provide technical presentations, product demos, and commercial proposals.

  • Collaborate with the design and application team for customized solutions when required.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities
