Job Title: Sales Manager – Building Material / Panel Sales

Location: Pune

Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven expertise in the building material industry to promote and sell panel-related products. The role involves traveling within Indore to identify new opportunities, engage with clients, and achieve sales growth while fostering long-term relationships.

Key Job Duties

  • Focus on selling building materials and panels in the assigned region.
  • Visit construction sites and connect with site engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, builders, dealers, and distributors.
  • Identify client needs, present solutions, and close sales through effective negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities, product demand, and pricing trends.
  • Generate business leads, maintain client databases, and prepare sales reports.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the reporting head.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building materials such as:

Bison Panel, Fiber Cement Board, Gypsum Board, Sandwich Panels, Boards, Tile Adhesive, Putty, Block Fix, Marble, Granite, Stone, Pipes, Ceramic.

  • ( Note: Work experience in Cement & RMC will not be considered.)
  • Graduate in Business / Engineering / Relevant Field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Indore market and customer base.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
