Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads via inbound/outbound calls and offer expert program consultations.
- Schedule at least 6 demo class bookings daily, aligned with lead preferences.
- Guide and nurture leads throughout the enrollment process, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Share market insights and trends to refine sales and outreach strategies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with families, representing Oratrics with professionalism and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and program effectiveness.
Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (EdTech experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills; neutral and clear accent preferred.
- Results-driven, proactive mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with basic CRM proficiency.
