We are hiring for the role of VAS Sales
Location: Bangalore
Experience : 3 to 9 years
- You will be responsible for developing, pitching, and closing sales for value-added services offered to commercial real estate clients.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and the ability to identify client needs beyond standard property transactions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for VAS with commercial property owners, tenants, and investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with commercial real estate clients to understand their needs and secure repeat business.
- Lead generation, outreach strategy, CRM management, and enabling senior team closures.
Candidates from commercial real estate background is preferred.
