Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, presenting business solutions, and conducting market research to understand trends and client needs. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing analyses, and supporting the execution of business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and industry trends
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to build relationships, adapt to dynamic business environments, and collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of the corporate landscape is a plus
