About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as our Field Marketing Manager, APJ. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies tailored to the needs of the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. You should have the experience and vision to link the most pivotal themes and milestones into cross-functional demand programs, events, and activities.
You should be experienced with highly cross-functional work and be excited about the opportunity to build world-class marketing campaigns that align to company growth goals, while leveraging your knowledge of the APJ market. You should also have experience communicating a data-informed marketing plan and enjoy collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, while also considering regional and local nuances and market dynamics.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns programs digital, and events to generate leads, drive conversions and meet Aerospike's APJ pipeline goals.
- Ensure Aerospike's value proposition is communicated to APJ prospects, customers and partners.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and drive ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Work with Marketing leadership to incorporate the marketing strategy into integrated initiatives; project managing planning timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel programs to optimally engage our target personas and generate pipeline.
- Manage regional marketing budget in alignment with APJ Marketing strategy/priorities, ensuring quarterly budgets are used in quarter and maximized for demand generation and results.
What we're looking for:
- 5-7 years of B2B Tech or software experience with demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of pipeline creation and demand generation, the key drivers of effective nurturing, and the role of marketing at each stage of the funnel.
- Experience in managing and collaborating with third party vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Superb communication and the ability to inspire and influence senior executives, peers, and team(s) with your vision and roadmap.
- Use critical thinking and produce creative solutions, including an advanced understanding of marketing program management (processes, tools, reporting, etc).
- Strong analytical skills and experience.
- Must be willing to roll up sleeves and execute.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics. Demandbase knowledge/experience is a strong plus.
