Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive plans aligned with company goals.
- Design and oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to make recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage compensation budgets and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related issues and employee reward strategies.
- Lead communication efforts to educate employees on benefits offerings and changes.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and benefits providers.
- Monitor and report on compensation and benefits metrics, preparing presentations for senior management.
- Mentor and lead a small team within the Compensation & Benefits function.
