Main accountabilities and tasks

1. Global Compensation Strategy:

  • Co-develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with country and division HR teams to ensure consistency while considering local market dynamics.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance compensation competitiveness.

2. Annual Salary, Bonus and LTI planning process:

  • Manage all aspects of the annual salary, bonus and LTI planning process, including setup in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, and offline templates
  • Ensure seamless integration with the Global HRMS system and HR KPI Dashboards across 47 countries

3. Benchmarking and Market Analysis:

  • Conduct regular benchmarking market studies to evaluate compensation competitiveness and internal equity
  • Analyze data to recommend adjustments and enhancements
  • Ensure alignment with local regulations and cultural norms

4. Program Management and Governance:

  • Coordinate with Country HR teams for merit/salary planning, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage Mercer IPE Grading and maintain job grades/family structures
  • Contribute to compensation-related compliance activities

5. Executive Compensation Support:

  • Assist the Global Head of C&B in preparing Compensation Committee materials
  • Provide executive compensation analysis, financial insights, and reporting.

6. Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with senior leadership, finance, and legal teams
  • Provide expert advice on compensation matters
  • Comunicate regularly compensation updates to HR, managers and employees
