JOB PROFILE:
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes
  • Order Processing and Logistics:
  • Process export orders, including order entry, shipment scheduling, and coordinating delivery arrangements
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Customer Support:
  • Assist customers with export-related inquiries, order status, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Provide guidance to customers on export regulations, documentation, and shipping options
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • 3 Yr.+ Experienced Candidate in EXIM (Export and Import) with knowledge of Advance License Application, EODC, and EPCG can only apply
  • Solid understanding of international trade regulations, export procedures, and customs compliance
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing export documentation
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including freight forwarding and shipping procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to export operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
