Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, office infrastructure, and vendor management
- Handle real estate-related documentation, agreements, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for business operations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements for the office and property
- Oversee procurement, office supplies, and asset management
- Maintain records, licenses, leases, and key business documents
- Support inter-departmental needs including HR
- Lead a team of support staff and maintain high service standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administration with strong exposure to real estate and banking operations
