RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and manage HR projects including Learning Management System (LMS) and other corporate-driven initiatives.
  • Organize, execute, and monitor training programs as per training calendar using internal/external trainers.
  • Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and SOP trainings.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and employee training files as per SOP.
  • Conduct end-to-end induction programs for new joiners.
  • Lead and participate in employee engagement activities and cross-functional team initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities linked to the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain and administer the LMS including course creation, training assignments, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify training needs through TNA in coordination with functional heads.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements.
  • Provide support and problem-solving to line managers and trainers.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, training program coordination, and QMS-HR interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Experience in pharma sector HR operations is an added advantage.
