We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team and support the recruitment of IT professionals. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment who want to build a career in IT hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Understand technical job requirements (e.g., software developers, testers, designers).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and completing documentation.
- Support HR operations such as employee records, offer letters, and induction programs.
- Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely updates to applicants.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internships included).
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (basic level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Good To Have
- Internship or coursework in HR/Recruitment.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools.
- Interest in learning advanced hiring strategies and employer branding.
