Office Administration

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and housekeeping arrangements
  • Coordinate with facility vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
  • Oversee office cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC renewals, and service contracts
  • Maintain records of office assets (laptops, furniture, ID cards, access cards, etc.)
  • Handle asset issuance, tracking, and returns.

Travel & Accommodation

  • Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and local transport as required
  • Coordinate guest visits, stay arrangements, and logistics.

Bills & Documentation

  • Process admin-related bills and invoices
  • Maintain files, records, agreements, and admin documentation
  • Support audits with necessary administrative records.

Employee Support

  • Support onboarding activities (ID cards, access, seating arrangements)
  • Assist employees with admin-related queries
  • Coordinate office events, celebrations, and meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication (verbal & written)
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–4 years of experience in office administration (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹36,904.52 per month
