Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development team member with core experience in the same field having 1-10 years of experience (Executive to Head) to join our dynamic digital marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Inside and Outside Sales strategies and execution for company and our clients.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion for GladOwl's products and services.
 - Identify, develop, and optimize new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
 - Conduct data-driven analysis to improve sales funnel efficiency, lead conversion, and overall business performance.
 - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
 - Act as the key point of contact for client queries, service delivery, and relationship management.
 - Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
 - Conduct presentations, workshops, and client meetings to promote GladOwl's services.
 - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
 - Regularly update CRM with client interactions, pipeline, and follow-ups.
 
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales (preferred).
 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field.
 - 5–7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
 - Prior experience in Digital Marketing, EdTech, or Service-based industries will be an advantage.
 - Strong understanding of digital marketing processes (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Email, Automation).
 - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing campaigns.
 - Strong knowledge of sales funnel, B2B sales cycles, and client engagement strategies.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
