Job Description – Receptionist (Female)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: Minimum 1+ year in front office/reception management

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Gender: Female only

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor records.
  • Schedule and manage appointments/meetings.
  • Handle office correspondence (emails, courier, letters, etc.).
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in front office/reception management (minimum 1 year) is a must.
