Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain clear and accurate business process models, requirements, and related documentation
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Provide support during the implementation of new processes and systems
  • Conduct thorough testing of new systems and processes to ensure successful implementation
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience:
  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Copper industry or related field
