Rotational on-call | Monday–Sunday | 8 AM–11 PM ET

Join us at TraceLink as a Senior Advanced Technical Services Engineer, where you'll lead high-impact initiatives, solve complex technical challenges, and help shape the future of healthcare through cutting-edge supply chain technology.

What You'll Do:

Dive deep into complex customer issues and deliver elegant solutions using TraceLink products.

Mentor and guide Technical Support Engineers – your experience matters here.

Triage and execute data repairs, create tooling, and script automations that keep things running smoothly.

Be the go-to expert on 3-4 of our core applications – become the trusted voice.

Influence product evolution by working closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.

What You Bring:

7 + years of experience in XML, JSON, CSV, scripting languages (Perl, Python, Shell), and B2B technologies.

A knack for debugging, analyzing logs, and building scalable support solutions.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Experience in UNIX, JAVA, ERP systems, and collaborative tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years in technical customer-facing roles

BS/BA in a technical field or equivalent experience

Fluent in English (multilingual a plus)
