About the Role

As a Lead, Director's Offi ce, you will take ownership of designing and driving world-class curriculum and learning initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will combine strategic thinking, creativity, and execution to deliver programs that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

● Design & Develop: Create structured, outcome-driven learning modules in Finance, Marketing, and related areas.

● Lead Projects: Drive initiatives end-to-end with full ownership, from ideation to execution.

● Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content.

● Innovate & Improve: Continuously enhance learning experiences, adopting new tools, formats, and engagement strategies.

● Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards in content, design, and learner outcomes.

What We're Looking For

● MBA (mandatory) – specialization in Finance, Marketing, or related domains.

● 1–2 years of experience in project management, or similar roles.

● Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

● Proven project leadership and ownership mindset.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
