Role DescriptionYou will be one of the first people to join the company forming its core leadership team. The primary responsibility for the role will be to optimally prioritize brands and designs to stock, while also supporting brand relationships. However, being in the 0 to 1 stage, the role will also have significant exposure to overall company strategy, inventory management operations, recruitment/team building and setting the right culture for the company.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru, at a pre-seed/seed stage company founded by IIT Delhi/Wharton/INSEAD alumni with leadership experience at Bain & Company and past experience of having founded 2 funded businesses before. Qualifications4-6 years of category mgmt. /merchandising experience at brands or marketplaces

Ability to identify trends and make buying decisions

Strong analytical and communication skills

Willingness to work in a fast paced environment, working with uncertainty

Experience across multiple fashion categories is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree (plus if in a related field)
