Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with buyers for order confirmation, sample approvals, and feedback.

Develop samples (proto, fit, PP, and shipment samples) in coordination with the design and production teams.

Conduct product costing, negotiate prices with buyers, and finalize order terms.

Plan and monitor the production timeline to ensure on-time deliveries.

Liaise with the production, quality, fabric, trims, and logistics departments.

Ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.

Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars and keep stakeholders informed.

Track order status from development to shipment and post-delivery analysis.

Communicate and resolve issues with vendors, suppliers, and production units.

Stay updated with market trends, fabric developments, and competitor analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of trouser construction, fabrics, and fit.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and PLM tools.

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Education- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
