ग्राहक जोड़ना

  • नया इलाका चुनना।
  • ज़रूरत होने पर ग्रुप बनाना और समय पर सेंटर मीटिंग करना।
  • मीटिंग में अनुशासन रखना।
  • ग्राहकों को सोनाटा के लोन और ब्याज दर की जानकारी देना।
  • ग्राहक के डॉक्यूमेंट लेना (KYC, फोटो, पता, नामिनी आदि)।
  • सभी जानकारी SONATA MIS में डालना।

लोन वितरण

  • लोन का प्रस्ताव और कागज़ात जमा करना।
  • समय पर लोन दिलवाना।
  • ग्राहक को लोन मिलने की जानकारी देना।

वसूली

  • ग्राहकों से समय पर किस्त लेना।
  • अगर ग्राहक NPA हो जाए तो फॉलो-अप करके पैसा वसूलना और गड़बड़ी होने पर बॉस को बताना।
  • ग्राहक को लोन सेटलमेंट में मदद करना।

2. औपचारिक भाषा (HR/जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन के लिए)ग्राहक अधिग्रहण

  • संभावित क्षेत्र का चयन करना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर समूह का गठन करना एवं समय पर केंद्र बैठक आयोजित करना।
  • केंद्र बैठक की गरिमा एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखना।
  • ग्राहकों को सोनाटा के ऋण उत्पादों एवं ब्याज दरों की जानकारी प्रदान करना।
  • ग्राहक विवरण जैसे – KYC, फ़ोटो, नामिनी विवरण, पता एवं अन्य दस्तावेज़ संकलित करना।
  • सभी ग्राहक/आवेदक की जानकारी SONATA MIS में दर्ज करना।

ऋण वितरण

  • ऋण प्रस्ताव एवं संबंधित दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करना।
  • समय पर ऋण वितरण सुनिश्चित करना।
  • ग्राहकों को ऋण वितरण से संबंधित जानकारी देना।

वसूली

  • समय पर ग्राहकों से बकाया राशि की वसूली करना।
  • NPA ग्राहकों से उचित फॉलो-अप कर राशि की वसूली करना तथा विसंगति की स्थिति में वरिष्ठ को सूचित करना।
  • ग्राहकों को ऋण निपटान प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करना।

Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी, फ्रेशर

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
