
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or other outreach methods.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, as required.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
