Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong coordination and follow-up ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with members, investors, and distributors for seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Manage seminar invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in event logistics including venue booking, participant registration, and material preparation.
  • Maintain updated records of participants and feedback after each seminar.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports related to seminar participation and engagement.
  • Handle queries and provide timely updates to members and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
