- Process and verify mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations.
- Review and validate KYC documentation in line with SEBI/AMFI guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client documentation and ensure timely data entry in CRM and fund platforms.
- Provide operational support to relationship managers and advisors regarding client onboarding and investment queries.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Handle client communication regarding account status, KYC updates, and transaction confirmation.
- Assist with periodic audits and compliance reviews.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Good understanding of mutual fund products and industry operations.
- Working knowledge of KYC/CKYC processes and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with platforms like BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II, or MF Utility.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial CRMs.

Pay: ₹10,189.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
