**Job Title**: Back Office Executive (Offer Submission)

**Job Summary**

The **Back Office Executive (Offer Submission)** will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and submitting quotations, tenders, and offers related to steel products and services. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills with sound knowledge of the **steel industry**, product specifications, and pricing structures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit **quotations, tenders, and offers** accurately and within deadlines.
- Analyze customer inquiries, technical specifications, and price requirements before preparing offers.
- Coordinate with **Sales, Procurement, and Production teams** for data, costing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain updated records of submitted offers, revisions, and approvals.
- Review tender documents, identify commercial and technical requirements, and ensure compliance.
- Track pending quotations and follow up on approvals or feedback from clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing, client data, and company policies.
- Support management in preparing **MIS reports, costing sheets, and documentation** for offer tracking.
- Ensure all offers align with company pricing strategy and profitability goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- **2-4 years of experience** in back-office operations, preferably in the **steel or manufacturing industry**.
- Strong understanding of **steel products (flats, angles, channels, TMT, pipes, fabrication materials, etc.)**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word, and ERP or Tally systems**.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong coordination and analytical abilities.
- Familiar with **industrial tenders and offer submission procedures**.
- Team player with good communication and follow-up skills.
