Asst. Manager Mutual Funds Operation
.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of mutual fund transactions.

* Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase, redemptions, switches, etc.

* Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

* Reconcile and verify data to ensure accuracy of records and reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams, fund houses, distributors, and clients for smooth operations.

* Prepare and maintain operational reports and MIS as required.

* Assist in resolving queries and operational issues in a timely manner.

  • * Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of progressive experience in
    MF Operations
  • Prior experience in Broking/NBFCs/Banks preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience with ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with data to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes
