Operations in Mutual Fund*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Operations professional to join our mutual fund organization. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.

- Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations of transactions, cash, and securities.

- Reporting: Generate reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:- Experience: 3+ years of experience in mutual fund operations or a related field.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with mutual fund operations, securities, and regulatory requirements.
