Job Title: L0 Support - Non-Technical Helpdesk Support
Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented freshers for our L0 Support Helpdesk team. The role involves providing first-level support to customers by resolving basic technical issues, answering inquiries, and guiding users through simple troubleshooting steps. No advanced technical expertise is required; however, basic computer skills and a clear, helpful communication style are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist users with basic issues such as password resets, account access, and software navigation.
Provide basic troubleshooting steps for common problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Document and log customer interactions, including issues and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical teams (L1/L2) when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers throughout the support process.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and common troubleshooting techniques.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a simple and clear manner.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on patience and problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
