Role: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, emails, bidding platforms, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term success.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and communications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience and experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Demonstrated sales success is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in business growth and client acquisition.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with platforms/tools such as
    Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and online service marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of cloud/big data tech stacks is a plus.
