Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory
- Channel Development and Infrastructure (Distributors / Dealers)
- Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions
- Handling Dealership related issues and challenges, achieving dealer business plan
- Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement etc.)
- Channel Management (Distributor / FOS / Dealers) to improve productivity and sales capabilities.
- Ensure optimum utilization of the territory by building up customer base / retailer network
- Increase market share of ones territory. Analyzing the market by collecting RTO Data
- Timely Collection of the market information such as competitor activities & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Area Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Market Expertise. Must be conversant with the local market & have the Sales Skills to achieve the Targets at the assigned territory.
Preferred candidate profile
- 02 to 10 years of experience in sales with a repute company
- Fluent in English and Kannada languages.
- Well groomed and pleasing appearance
- Willingness to travel.
- Well versed with computers and MS office package
- Age 25 years to 38 years
- Gender - Male
