About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep Unity experience and a strong background in slot game development to lead the end-to-end delivery of engaging, performant, and regulation-compliant games. This role bridges the gap between creative, technical, and production teams—ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.

You will oversee the entire game development lifecycle, from concept to launch, working closely with developers, artists, designers, mathematicians, and QA teams. A deep understanding of Unity and slot game mechanics is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Own project roadmaps, schedules, and sprint planning
  • Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks across multiple concurrent slot game projects.

Technical Oversight

  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with game designers and mathematicians to align technical execution with game mechanics (e.g., RTP, volatility, bonus features)
  • Coordinate across teams: Unity devs, art, animation, backend, QA, and compliance

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure games meet performance benchmarks (memory, FPS, device compatibility)
  • Support regulatory certification processes; verify RNG implementation and other compliance factors

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide clear, timely status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Manage internal and external dependencies, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management or technical production roles in the gaming industry
  • 8+ years of hands-on Unity (C#) experience or strong Unity engine familiarity
  • Proven experience delivering slot or casino-style games—online or land-based
  • Strong understanding of slot game concepts: paylines, RNG, RTP, bonus mechanics, math models
  • Experience managing Agile / Scrum teams (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, manage cross-functional teams, and solve problems independently
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Unity build systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in regulated iGaming or gambling environments (e.g., MGA, UKGC, GLI)
  • Familiarity with Unity performance profiling, asset bundling, and Addressables
  • Experience with Unity WebGL or cross-platform optimization
  • Experience with analytics, A/B testing, or telemetry for live games
  • Understanding of backend integrations for slots: wallet systems, promotional engines, jackpots, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
