Final Quality Inspector

Location: Nighoje Chakan, Pune

Department: Quality Assurance

Reporting To: Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct final inspection of finished goods before dispatch.
  • Ensure all parts meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Verify appearance, dimensions, welding strength, coating thickness, and surface finish quality.
  • Prepare & release Final Inspection Reports (FIR) with customer sign-off.
  • Coordinate with PPC & Dispatch to ensure only approved parts are shipped.
  • Handle customer complaints, warranty returns, and sorting/rework activities.
  • Maintain final inspection records, traceability, and audit documentation.
  • Support in PPAP, APQP, and customer-specific quality documentation.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production

Experience: 2–5 years in final inspection or customer quality assurance (automotive / sheet metal preferred)
