Hello,

We are looking for the candidates who has good knowledge into BFSI-Sales Hiring.

Location- Noida, Gurgoan, Hyderabad & Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a large number of positions within the Insurance sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

Sourcing & Talent Pool Development: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience in Life/Health Insurance, Broking, NBFC's-Lending.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in the roles, and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in volume recruitment, specifically within the NBFC and Insurance sectors. Avoid candidates having experience in hiring for Banks/ Small Finance Banks

Education: Any graduate

CTC - 4.5 Lpa

Skills:

Strong understanding of the Insurance sectors hiring, well versed with all the Broking, NBFC & Insurance Hiring

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
