Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Mumbai. The role involves handling the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for entry to mid-level roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, assessing candidates' fitment.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance.

Who Can Apply:

  • Male and Female candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Candidates from BPO, corporate, or staffing backgrounds will be preferred.
