1. HR and Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities – HR
Manage the end-to-end HR function (recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, exit formalities).
Implement and follow SOPs, HR policies, and employee guidelines.
Prepare and execute the interviewing and hiring process.
Conduct onboarding sessions, employee training coordination, and performance tracking.
Maintain reports of performance and tasks , on google sheets for review
Record Recruiting progress
Key Responsibilities – Administration
Provide support to office Administrator
Manage Inventory of Company Assets,
Coordinate with external parties (consultants, vendors) as required.
