**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a **Recruitment Associate** to manage hiring for **Client Experience (CX) roles** involving **client handling, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination**. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, proficient in Excel, and capable of working with multiple teams to drive the recruitment process efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for CX roles (client-facing and coordination profiles).

* Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Hiring Managers, Sourcing Teams, HR, and Recruitment Operations.

* Understand role requirements and ensure right-fit candidates are identified and onboarded.

* Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel.

* Support in driving process improvements and hiring efficiency.
