If yes, we’d love to connectJoin our team as a Senior Associate, where you’ll collaborate with problem solvers and digital innovators to help clients transform their HR processes end-to-end.Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate – SAP Success Factors (RCM/ONB), you will analyze business requirements, design and configure Talent Acquisition modules, support integrations, perform testing, and provide ongoing support to clients. You’ll play a key role in driving successful cloud HR transformations using SAP Success Factors best practices.Key Responsibilities·        Analyze business requirements and recommend effective SAP Success Factors solutions·        Design, configure, and document Success Factors Recruiting & Onboarding modules·        Support integration and data-related functional specifications·        Develop and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and assist in UAT·        Provide application support, system testing, and end-user training·        Collaborate with clients, participate in workshops, and lead documentation efforts·        Support knowledge transfer, creation of training materials, and user enablementWhat You Bring?·        Proven experience configuring SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding)·        Understanding of cross-module integration points·        Ability to analyze business problems and provide clear solution recommendations·        Strong communication and collaboration skills with client-facing experience·        Experience working in cloud implementation methodologies·        Minimum 4 full-cycle implementations in Recruiting & Onboarding·        Experience leading teams and client workshops·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Project·        Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to new technologies·        Strong documentation and training delivery skillsPreferred Attributes·        Passion for digital tools and modern HR technologies·        Commitment to teamwork, diversity, and continuous learningReady to Apply?If you’re excited about helping clients transform their Talent Acquisition processes through SAP Success Factors, this role is a great opportunity to grow your expertise and make an impact.Apply now or share this post with someone who would be a perfect fit
