Job Role: Sr Manager – Operations R2R

Experience: 10 to 12 years

Responsibilities

  • Work on the entire month/quarter and year Close process ( Fixed assets, Balance sheet positions, final reconciliations, schedules, translations), equity and other entries and reconciliations
  • Reconciling books between all group companies
  • Providing ERP data extracts in defined formats to auditors. Supporting with auditor query resolution
  • Manage the entire consolidation and IFRS translation work. Support with notes to accounts and management report
  • Supporting the Audit for current and previous years
  • Preparation of the consolidated financial statements
  • Compilation of the consolidated financial statements
  • Consolidated statement of financial position
  • Consolidated statement of comprehensive income
  • Consolidated statement of cash flows
  • Consolidated statement of changes in equity
  • Notes to the consolidated financial statements on the basis of the trial balances
  • Preparation of necessary IFRS adjustments on the basis of information provided
  • Provide selective support in cases of doubt or for comments on the net assets, financial position and results of operations
  • IFRS translation and Consolidation of financial statements into Group

Experience

  • Overall 10-12 years' experience
  • Mandatory experience in
  • Month, Quarter & Year close activities
  • Quarterly & Yearly Consolidation process
  • IFRS translation
  • Preferred experience in EU region
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
  • Hands on experience in working with ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
