The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage potential customers, and promote brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online marketing tools and platforms, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Manage and update the hotels website content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional goals.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Respond to online reviews and engage with guests on digital platforms to enhance the hotel's online reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
