Role Description

This full-time role for a Deputy Regional Sales Manager at Redcliffe Labs is on-site and located in Dodda Ballapur. The Deputy Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data, and providing reports to senior management. The role requires active collaboration with various departments to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
