Job Description :
- Follow SOP Instructions and Process Benefit enrollments/Terms/Changes in the HRIS Systems and Carrier Portals (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, etc.).
- Assist in annual benefits open enrollment activities.
- Perform Benefit Reconciliations and find and resolved Enrollment Discrepancies
- Handle data entry, audits, and communication with internal teams and managements
- Complete tasks withing deadlines and maintain 100% accuracy in the assigned tasks
- Support Senior Processors on new process transitions
- Support Senior Processors on maintaining SOP updates, Process Updates
- Prepare daily End of the Day Reports in Excel
- Assist the Senior Processors on automation of the processors
