Performance Marketing Manager (PPC & Digital Strategy)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to be our in-house expert in paid media. You will take ownership of the entire paid digital strategy, focusing on driving profitable growth, high ROAS, and continuous campaign optimization across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy: Plan, develop, and lead all paid media activity across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • E-commerce & Analytics: Master key tools like Performance Max and GTM. Leverage platforms like Google Analytics and Data Studio to provide data-driven insights and optimize funnels for e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, or WordPress).
  • Optimization & Budgeting: Manage and monitor large PPC/digital budgets, driving down CPA and boosting ROAS/CTR. Identify future opportunities and implement continuous optimization cycles.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage product feeds, bid automation, and scale high-budget client accounts.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign statistics (ROAS, CTR, ACoS, etc.) to key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles is a benefit.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of hands-on, expert-level PPC experience.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
  • Expertise in platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and AMS.
  • Must have experience working with e-commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, or WordPress.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
