Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development professional to join our Export Division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas
  • Follow up with prospects and clients for quotation feedback, negotiations, and closures
  • Maintain and update CRM/sales tracker with leads and client interactions
  • Support the Managing Director by scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
  • Ensure smooth client handovers and build long-term relationships for repeat/referral business
  • Stay informed on trade lanes, freight rates, competitor activities, and industry trends

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
  • Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or CHA is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with client-facing ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
