Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure content is high-quality and on-brand.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and brand campaigns via social media.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for growth opportunities.
  • Manage paid promotions and boosted posts when necessary.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Attend events and shoots, capturing photos and videos for social media content
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.

● 1–3 years of proven experience in a social media role.

● Proficiency in social media tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.

● Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● A creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency.

● Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus, like Inshot, VN, Capcut, Clipchamp, Etc.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in running Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending formats.

● Familiarity with influencer collaborations and user-generated content.

● Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

● Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a bonus.
