We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, engage our audience, and enhance our brand visibility across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.

Plan and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Oversee content creation—graphics, videos, reels, and stories—to maintain brand consistency.

Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.

Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and industry insights to boost engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Creative thinking with excellent communication and writing skills.

Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize content performance.

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
