Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement HR policies across both properties of Hilltop Hotels. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, facilitating training and professional development, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaboration with department heads to achieve organizational goals and delivering exceptional employee experiences will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution, Training, and Employee Relations
  • Skills in Organizational Development, Leadership, and Change Management
  • Proficiency in using HR Management Systems and HR software
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills with a focus on team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry or luxury service sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced, and customer-oriented environment
